Darly Thoppil, owner and President of Revive Rehab, Inc. is extremely passionate about her work in the field of Occupational Therapy. She has more than 20 years of experience working in different settings such as inpatient, outpatient, school systems, assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities.
Darly's true love and passion lie in neurological rehabilitation and pain management which led her to seek extensive training in Myofascial Release (MFR) Techniques and the Neuro-Developmental Technique (NDT). MFR is one of the most innovative, non-invasive, pain management techniques in the healthcare field today.
Darly continues to educate herself under renowned experts in the industry, including studying the Neuro-Developmental Technique at Loma Linda University, California, and Myofascial Release therapy under founder John F. Barnes.
Darly's patients consistently refer others to her because of the outstanding results they've experienced at Revive Rehab.

FINDING “A NEW NORMAL”
Robert Woodward, OTR/L, MFR, MPS, SRT, is an experienced practitioner of therapeutic healing for almost 20 years and has worked and educated others in areas such as early intervention, school based, skilled nursing, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, as well as acute care and home health. His vast experience and expertise incorporate the Western techniques in which he was trained fused with Eastern approaches used for millennia and more progressive techniques to manage pain and restore the body to optimal function and harmony through hands-on healing.
In addition to his vast and always ongoing education and training, Robert has received certification directly by John F. Barnes as an Intermediate Level Practitioner in Myofascial Release. He is also certified in Microcurrent Point Stimulation including advanced training in Cranial Suture Release, Scar Release Therapy, Advanced Integrated Circuits and Auricular Therapy.
Robert joins Revive Rehab directly from Brooks Rehabilitation and has already established a name for himself at Revive Rehab where he can further expand his hands-on and holistic techniques in pain management and whole-body restoration. His approach focuses on breaking the patterns of dis-ease and assisting patients to change their body’s dysfunction to discover “a new normal” in which the body is at harmony and free of pain.

Mariane Ferreira, physical therapist of Revive Rehab, Inc is passionate about working int he field of Physical therapy and helping people take back control of their lives after a loss of function and pain. She has more than 15 yrs of experience working in inpatient rehab, home health, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient therapy.
Mariane has years of experience in balance and gait training, and strengthening techniques for elderly population to decrease fall risk and improve quality of life and a greater sense of well being.
Mariane continues to educate herself and her primary focus has been getting educated on new techniques to manage pain and restore the body to optimal function and free of pain.

Ambika Thakur is the office administrator at Revive Rehab. She was born in Mumbai, India. After graduating with Bachelors degree in Commerce and certification in Fashion Design, she worked as Business Manager in a Fashion Design Institute in Bangalore, India. She speaks English, Hindi, Marathi, Telegu and Kannada. She moved with her husband to the US in 2012.
Ambika loves customer service and health care management and is enjoying her role at Revive Rehab where she is fulfilled in both aspect.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, paint, henna, teach painting classes and travel the world!

Claudia Wallace coaches individuals to lead healthier, happier lives through weight control, and the prevention and management of chronic diseases, such as obesity, hypertension and diabetes.
She helps her clients meet their personal wellness goals by facilitating behavioral changes in a structured and supportive partnership.
Claudia grew up in Germany and moved to the United States after meeting the love of her life, and now husband, while traveling in California. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, and while completing her studies, worked part-time as a senior medical assistant at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Claudia has found a balance in honoring the phases of her life by continually assessing, reassessing and modifying her priorities of career, volunteering, health and fitness, maintaining a peaceful mind, raising three boys, and continually investing in a healthy marriage with her husband.

Jennifer Bothast is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant at Revive Rehab. She graduated from State College of Florida with a degree in occupational therapy assistant in 2000, and from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2006 with a degree in Health Science, concentration in
Gerontology. Jennifer has been working as a COTA for the last 18 years in traditional settings of both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation as well as home health, and loves being able to assist her patients with being able to return to favored and meaningful activities.
Yearning to be a healer, and had participated in several hands on healing workshops and areas of
study before being drawn to the practice of Myofascial Release. She is currently certified as an intermediate level MFR practitioner having studied directly under John F. Barnes in Myofascial Release and is excited to have joined the Revive Rehab team. She feels here, she is better able to
live out her life purpose and strives to make a positive difference in the lives of everyone with whom she comes into contact. She is constantly continuing her training on John F Barnes’ Myofascial Release.
Jennifer also has extensive experience in Low Vision Rehabilitation and has recently earned her Specialty Certification in Low Vision from AOTA. She loves the idea of assisting others in
maximizing their remaining vision in order to enhance and preserve their safety and independence through compensatory strategies and adapted environments.
In addition to her pursuits in physical, spiritual and energetic healing modalities, Jennifer is also a successful visual artist and is honored to be exhibiting in galleries locally as well as online. She feels her artwork also is a healing modality, for herself as well as for others and she feels blessed by the connections her work creates.
Jennifer is grateful for every opportunity to facilitate healing in any capacity and looks forward to her continued growth and evolving expertise with the Revive team.
