Weight Loss

Learn strategies for successful weight loss in a small, supportive group coaching environment.  Course is limited to 4 to 6 partiacipants.  Written material will be provided.  One free individual phone session will be offered for any missed classes.  $125 for 6 weeks.  Call to find out when the next course starts.  


Instructor Claudia Wallace, RN, certified wellness coach and registered yoga instructor offers one-on-one guidance in defining and reaching ones vision for better health, weight control, exercise, nutrition, stress reduction and life satisfaction. She will help you draw a personal wellness blueprint, connect you with your motivators and inner strength, and together overcome potential obstacles.  With her help, you will find the determination, motivation and discipline to reach your individual wellness goals.
