Leave the stress of the body and mind behind and find inner peace by focusing on the breath and embrace the moment!  


Discover yoga to gain greater flexibility, strength and balance.

Tuesdays: 12 pm to 12:50 pm


Gentle Yoga class for all with a focus on safe floor poses.  We will be using props like balnkets, rollers and straps.  Discover the benefits of yoga regardless of your physical limitations. 

Fridays: 12 pm - 12:50 pm


Introduction to meditation, breathing exercises and gentle yoga poses.  Gain greater flexibility of the mind and body by developing inner peace during yoga class and beyond
